The highest bidder is the buyer the moment the gavel drops.
The buyer commits with a 10% non-refundable deposit and agrees to close within 35–40 days, ensuring a motivated and qualified transaction. This structure is fair and proven; the buyer has competed against other serious bidders and understands the terms fully prior to auction. In nearly all cases, buyers perform and closings are smooth.
As the referring agent, you earn a guaranteed 3% commission on the final sale price—simply for connecting the seller to the auction.
